Ask for the written project agreement identifying the contractor, scope, total price, payment schedule and applicable cancellation and refund terms before paying. This website does not establish a standard deposit, cancellation fee, non-refundable charge or refund deadline.
If you want to cancel or request a refund
Use the contact and notice details in your signed agreement. For help locating the appropriate project contact, you can also contact @archtechdd on Instagram. Do not include bank details or card information in a social-media message.
The outcome depends on the agreement, the work and materials involved, and applicable law. A message to a social account should not be relied on as a substitute for any legally required method or deadline for giving notice.
Your consumer rights remain
Mandatory consumer protections apply regardless of wording on this website or in a contract. Cancellation rights can depend on how and where an agreement is made. Nothing here creates a blanket “no refunds” rule or waives statutory rights.
